Shipping Policy

Every Unality piece is made to order as part of a limited drop, then shipped straight to you.

Shipping Rates (US)

Flat-rate standard shipping: $9.99
Free standard shipping on orders over $99.99

Most orders are made and delivered within 5-9 business days. Times are estimates and may vary during high-volume drops.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays
We do our best to hit our estimates, but production or carrier delays can occasionally happen. If anything affects your order, we'll keep you posted.

Wrong Address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package returns to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at unalityclothing@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
