Shipping Rates (US)

Most orders are made and delivered within 5-9 business days. Times are estimates and may vary during high-volume drops.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays
We do our best to hit our estimates, but production or carrier delays can occasionally happen. If anything affects your order, we'll keep you posted.

Wrong Address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package returns to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Refund & Return Policy

Every Unality piece is part of a limited drop. We want you to love what you order — here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at unalityclothing@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send instructions on where to ship it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. We'll replace or refund it at no cost to you — including shipping.

Exchanges
Need a different size? The fastest way is to return your original item, and once it's approved, place a new order for the size you want.

Preorders
Preorder items ship within the timeframe noted at checkout. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, preorders can't be canceled.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at unalityclothing@gmail.com.
